For a family day pass, confirm each child's age band, included facilities and vehicle-seat needs separately. A listed child price is not a promise that every age qualifies, and a hotel pool photograph does not confirm children's visitor access.
Send ages, not just the number of children
Our calculator separates adults and children so you can compare a provisional budget. The venue still needs actual ages to assign the appropriate admission bands. Ask how infants are handled and when an older child pays the adult rate.
A child admission category is unrelated to the vehicle's seating requirement. Include all passengers in the group and tell us which children need seats. Strollers, luggage or mobility equipment should also be disclosed when deciding whether the selected vehicle is suitable.
Make the must-have facility a booking condition
If the family day depends on a pool, shaded seating or a specific visiting window, ask for that explicitly. Our collection identifies the details that still require confirmation. Do not infer a kids' club, lifeguard service, towels or reserved loungers from a hotel's overnight marketing.
Dietary needs and food allergies should be discussed with the venue before deciding a consumption package fits your family. A credit amount by itself does not establish that the intended menu or preparation arrangements are suitable.
Plan around the usable time at the venue
Ask for the journey estimate between your actual pickup hotel and the chosen day-pass venue. Airport transfer durations are a different route. Combine the confirmed visiting hours, lunch plan and return time into a realistic day rather than maximizing hours on paper.
With younger children, agree on how you will contact dispatch if you need to return earlier. Do not assume a driver waits at the property all day or that changing the pickup time is free. Obtain the arrangement and price first.
Pack for the confirmed package
Bring booking confirmation, the agreed payment method and the items the venue says it does not provide. A towel, dry clothing and sun protection are sensible planning questions, but the venue's actual requirements take priority.
