Inquiries and confirmations
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not confirm availability, entry or a booking. A booking requires written confirmation of the service, date, participants, conditions and final price.
Prices and consumption credit
All listed prices are in USD. Admission and private transportation are separate. Day-pass consumption credit is subject to the destination’s confirmed conditions. Child age bands, hours, seating, facility access, taxes and service charges must be confirmed before payment. A venue’s hotel amenities are not automatically included in its day pass.
Private transportation
Quotes depend on pickup zone, destination, group size, category, direction, seats and additional route charges. Waiting arrangements are confirmed separately. Card payments may carry the disclosed processing surcharge. Where a rate is unavailable, request a personal quote.
Changes and cancellations
Ask for the cancellation, refund, weather and rescheduling conditions that apply to your specific booking before paying. Do not assume a universal refund policy across destinations or services. Notify our team promptly if your plans change.
