Choose your exact hotel, destination, passenger count and one-way or return journey. Our calculator applies the configured private-vehicle fare: Hard Rock uses Macao and Cap Cana uses Bávaro. Hotel-to-venue travel time, access and waiting arrangements are confirmed separately.
The hotel name is the starting point
A generic Punta Cana address is too broad for a reliable pickup. Our directory groups hotels into seven service areas. Some brands have several properties: Ziva is different from Zilara, Secrets is different from Dreams and the different RIU or Majestic names should be preserved.
For apartments or villas, send the complete building or residence and the host-provided entrance instructions. A beach name, marina district or brand can help identify the area, but dispatch still needs the agreed vehicle meeting point.
Two local assignments that matter
Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana uses our Macao–PUJ-equivalent pickup tariff for the current local day-pass collection. This is a pricing rule, not a claim that your outing stops at the airport. Cap Cana uses the owner-approved Bávaro tariff.
The table below calculates examples using the same rules as the inquiry calculator. Standard and VIP are alternative service categories, not a guarantee of a particular vehicle make or model. Confirm vehicle suitability and any special requirements before booking.
A return transfer is an arranged second journey
Agree the destination meeting point and return time before leaving your hotel. Round-trip transport does not automatically mean the driver stays onsite. Extra waiting, intermediate stops and collecting friends at another hotel can require a separate arrangement.
If your date includes a flight or another fixed appointment, explain the constraint and ask the operating team to assess the route and buffer. We do not publish airport-drive estimates as promises for hotel-to-day-pass journeys.
What a useful transport request contains
The calculator pre-fills a known hotel and zone so the quote starts in the right place. Your final message should still identify the exact booking and any hotel-provided instructions. Gate approval and pickup access are operational details to agree, not something a tariff table can guarantee.
- Full hotel or accommodation name and address.
- Destination and confirmed visiting date.
- Adults, children, actual ages and child-seat needs.
- One-way or return, requested times and additional stops.
- Any access, luggage or mobility requirements.

It is our configured local pricing model for the current destination collection. It does not add an airport stop or establish journey duration; destination-specific route overrides can apply.
02Does the driver wait all day?+
Waiting arrangements are confirmed separately. A round-trip quote normally describes outbound and return transportation; it does not by itself promise continuous onsite waiting.
