The quick answer
Consumption credit is a limited allowance toward eligible spending. It is not unlimited food and drinks, a cash refund or automatic access to every hotel facility. Our current packages identify credit separately from transportation; the venue confirms the eligible spending and conditions.
Entry and spending can be connected without being unlimited
A credit-based package lets the stated amount count toward eligible consumption. Think of it as a spending allowance with entry conditions attached. It should not be read as a promise that everything you order is included.
In a purely illustrative example, a 50-dollar eligible credit and a 65-dollar eligible food-and-drink bill leave 15 dollars beyond the allowance, before any additional charges. If you spend only 35 dollars, you should not assume the unused 15 will be returned. Your confirmed package decides whether balances can be pooled, refunded or carried forward.
All-inclusive is a different contract
An all-inclusive package defines included meals, drinks, outlets, activities and visiting hours. Even then, premium products or facilities may be excluded. The departure hotel's overnight all-inclusive benefits do not transfer with you to another venue.
For our listed credit packages, plan your spending instead of relying on the phrase resort day pass. The current offer table shows whether consumption credit is listed; the written confirmation remains the source for how to redeem it.
Ask these before deciding the allowance covers lunch
Check the menu you intend to order from, not a photograph of a buffet elsewhere in the property. A restaurant menu and a visitor package may have different conditions. Children may have their own allowance and price band.
- Which restaurant, bar and menu items qualify?
- Do tax and service count toward the allowance or sit outside it?
- Is the credit per person, per booking or shareable?
- What happens to unused credit and spending above the allowance?
- Which seating, towels and facilities are included separately?
Keep your ride out of the consumption calculation
Private transport gets you to and from the venue. It is a separate service and does not become restaurant credit. Compare admission plus the transfer as the amount needed to arrange the outing, then budget any venue spending beyond the allowance.
If a third-party offer uses a different amount or describes lunch as included, compare the exact products. A lower direct rate or a differently named package does not establish identical access, credit or booking conditions.

Your questions, answered.
01Can I use consumption credit to pay for my transfer?+
No. Venue credit and our private transfer are separate. Credit redemption is subject to the destination's confirmed rules.
02Will unused credit be refunded?+
Do not assume a refund. Ask for the unused-balance rules in writing before payment; these can vary by package.
