What the family already has at Ziva
Hyatt identifies Ziva as an all-ages, all-inclusive Juanillo resort with a water park and lazy river. That makes another paid day primarily a change of venue. Ask the children whether the plan is a different beach and lunch or more slides: our Playa Blanca and Westin listings do not promise a replacement for Ziva's water park.
Choose the outing around the children's actual priorities
Playa Blanca is the lower-admission beach-and-credit option in our current collection. Westin is worth comparing when its confirmed visitor package provides the hotel facilities you want. For a family leaving a water-park resort, a hotel pool photograph is not sufficient reason to pay more; obtain the pool-access and child-eligibility terms first.
Ziva is not the neighboring Zilara
Both Hyatt names refer to Juanillo, but Ziva is the family reservation and Zilara is the adults-only property. Keep Ziva and any hotel-supplied Club meeting instructions in the pickup request. A shared beach or brand does not tell an independent driver which collection point has been agreed.
Balance the extra lunch bill with a workable family return
Your Ziva meals do not pay for consumption elsewhere. Budget admission for the eligible ages and add the private vehicle once for the group; request seats separately. Our Cap Cana assignment uses the Bávaro fare. Agree the destination return time around the family's plans back at Ziva, rather than treating a round-trip vehicle as an all-day waiting service.

01Will another day pass include a water park like Ziva's?+
Neither current destination is sold here as a substitute water-park package. Choose it for the confirmed beach, dining or hotel experience.
02Can a Ziva family use the Zilara name for pickup?+
Keep Ziva as the booked hotel. Zilara is a different adults-only property, even though the Hyatt hotels are neighbors.
