Fantasia and Legend are a naming transition, not two pickups
Hyatt explicitly identifies Explore Legend as formerly Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana. Use both names where older paperwork needs reconciliation. Another Bahia name such as Esmeralda or Turquesa should not be substituted simply because it belongs to the same wider setting.
The castle theme can be the reason to stay onsite
The official description highlights castles, pools and playful family details. Ask which experiences the children most want on the proposed day before replacing them with another hotel visit. Our current destinations are not advertised as themed family-resort equivalents.
A meal-and-beach change is a separate objective
Playa Blanca is a restaurant-led comparison with spending credit. Westin requires a specifically confirmed visitor benefit. If the family simply wants a different lunch setting, compare that real need rather than an undefined promise of luxury or additional activities.
Explain the actual family and collection arrangements
Use Legend/Fantasia plus current hotel meeting instructions. Send children's ages and seat needs separately from room occupancy. Our Arena Gorda fare supplies the independent ride estimate; a shared Bahia setting does not automatically include several receptions, internal transport or all-day driver waiting.
